About Skin Clique

What is Skin Clique?

Skin Clique is on-demand skincare for your in-demand life. Our advanced practice providers come to you for skincare treatments and consultations at your home, your office, or wherever you feel most comfortable. We were founded in 2018, and set the gold standard for patient safety and satisfaction.

What qualifications do Skin Clique providers have?

All Skin Clique providers are Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and are qualified, board-certified Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), or Medical Doctors (MDs or DOs). Providers complete a thorough hiring process including a background check and complete our Skin Clique Signature Training Program, including 5X more hands-on training compared to industry standard.

Where are you located?

We do not have any physical clinic locations. Skin Clique has a national network of NPs, PAs, MDs and DOs who come to your home or office to provide treatment.

Do you offer skincare?

Yes, we offer medical-grade skincare products for all skin types and concerns. Talk to your provider at time of appointment, shop online, or schedule a virtual skincare consultation.

Is Skin Clique an MLM?

Skin Clique is not a multilevel marketing company or “MLM.” We are a national medical practice of board-certified medical providers. Our team of APPs and supervising physicians adhere to strict supervision and safety protocols governed by each state, and we value quality and safety above all.

Where does Skin Clique ship?

Skin Clique ships to all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

When will my order ship?

Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday (or on Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free, but you can add expedited shipping to your order upon check out for an additional cost. We offer shipping via USPS and UPS, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your item ships.

How can I change my shipping address?

Please email hello@skinclique.com as soon as possible and our operations team will work to update your order.

What if I don’t live in a Skin Clique service area?

We launch new markets every month, so stay in touch! Subscribe for email updates and we will let you know when we launch in your area. What treatments do you offer?

We provide tox injections with Xeomin and Dysport, both of which offer the same beautiful smoothing effects as brand-name Botox with less risk of developing a tolerance to the treatment. We also offer chemical peels in all service areas.

In addition, we offer Dermal Filler (Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, and Sculptra) and Ultherapy skin tightening treatments in select areas.

What is the Clinician Access Fee?

The Clinician Access Fee goes toward your visit with one of Skin Clique’s Providers. During each visit, our provider travels to you, reviews your history, assesses your skin, discusses concerns and develops a personalized plan.

I want to host a group or event, now what?

Take advantage of all our group perks! Groups of 4+ save $1 per unit on tox, plus hosts of larger groups can save up to $150 on their treatment. If you host 4 events in a year, your fourth treatment will be free! Learn more about groups.

What if I’m not comfortable with a provider coming to my house?

Providers can partner with local businesses and boutiques to host events! Treatments at events are also eligible for special pricing. Ask your local Provider if they have any events coming up.

Weight Loss Medications (GLP-1)

What steps do I need to follow in order to start treatment?

Our goal is for you to have a comfortable and effective experience tailored to your desired results:
1) Complete the intake questionnaire. Your provider will use this information to prepare for your consultation, and may order screening tests to determine if treatment is right for you.

2) Have a telehealth consultation with your provider who will check what treatment is needed and write a prescription if appropriate.

3) Your prescription will be delivered monthly directly to your home!

Do I need to have a prescription before I submit the consultation form?

If you meet the criteria for treatment, one of our providers will provide you with a personal prescription. An existing prescription is not required to participate in Skin Clique's weight loss program.

Is the medication safe?

While GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) are generally safe when used as directed, it's important to remember that some people may experience side effects as with any prescription medication. It's important to contact your healthcare provider right away if you experience any symptoms such as a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, difficulty in swallowing, or shortness of breath, as these may be indicators of thyroid cancer. Semaglutide should not be used if you or any family members have had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or if you have a condition known as Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). The effectiveness and safety of using semaglutide in combination with other weight loss products are yet to be confirmed. It is vital to share your full medical history with your healthcare provider. This includes informing them if you have had conditions like Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy, depression, or any history of suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

When will my medication be delivered?

Following your assessment by one of our providers and the approval of your treatment, you will typically receive your medication within 5 to 7 days. Our process ensures a consistent supply of medication every month for your continued progress.

Is the medication FDA approved?

When a drug is in shortage, compounders can prepare a compounded version of that drug if they meet certain requirements in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act.

Pharmacies in the CareGLP network,comply strictly with all the regulatory standards established by:

State boards of pharmacy, which regulate all 503A pharmacies
FDA, which has oversight for the safety of all active pharmaceutical ingredients
DEA, that oversees the controlled substances sometimes used in compounded preparations
USP Convention, that issues practice standards ensuring quality and safety of medications and food
USP General Chapter <795> provides guidelines for the prevention of contamination and potency variance, preparation process, beyond-use dates, and stability for non-sterile compounding
Pharmacies in the CareGLP network run quality assurance and quality control checks for every batch of compounded semaglutide prescribed to patients.

Some of these steps include but are not limited to:

Reviewing and confirming the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API)
Certificate of Analysis for all semaglutide base lots, which are received from FDA-registered manufacturers;
Storing the verified API frozen and sealed until use;
Compounding with the API under aseptic processes to produce specific lots (vials);
Holding the vials of compounded semaglutide in quarantine (representative samples are taken for testing);
Using independent third-party laboratories to test the potency, sterility and endotoxicity of each lot of compounded semaglutide (among other criteria);
Reviewing the results of these tests and, if satisfactory, releasing the validated vials from quarantine for dispensing;
Assigning each compounded lot a unique lot number and BUD (Beyond Use Date), which is added to the container and is tracked electronically;
Scanning the lot information on the product at the time of dispensing, which ties a particular lot number to the patient’s file.

What is the cost?

The monthly cost is $350 for compounded semaglutide and $600 for tirzepatide. This price includes consultations with your provider, a personalized weight loss plan, a monthly prescription for GLP-1 medication, shipping to your home, and email and phone support.

How much weight will I lose?

Weight reduction varies from person to person. Patients commonly report losing 5% to 10% of their starting weight, with longer treatment times tending toward more weight loss. For a 200 pound person, that would be 10 to 20 pounds.

How often can I contact my provider?

Text or email with questions as often as you need to! Your Skin Clique provider is here to help you succeed on your weight loss journey.

Is this covered by insurance?

No, this prescription is not covered by insurance.

Membership Program

How do I sign up for The Clique Membership?

Join The Clique by signing up above or at your next appointment and save 10-15% on your skin treatment that day! Your provider can enroll you at checkout and the perks start right away.

What is the savings account, and how do I use it?

As a member of The Clique you will be enrolled in an automatic savings program. Your Clique Pro membership will collect $200 monthly, and Clique Core will collect $100 monthly. These savings can be applied to any Skin Clique treatment or skincare purchase with your provider. Your beauty bank cannot be applied when shopping online.

Does my savings account expire?

Funds deposited in your savings account expire after two years (you have plenty of time!). Don’t worry, you can still access your savings account if you cancel your membership.

What if I can't receive treatments anymore?

The Clique membership is a 12-month membership, but if you need to cancel or freeze for medical reasons, including pregnancy/nursing, or relocation please email hello@skinclique.com and our patient care team will assist you.

Are the GLP-1 Medications included as part of any discounts or perks with a membership?

No, there is no special pricing for GLP-1 Medication with your membership or rewards. GLP-1 medications are specialty treatments that require careful medical oversight, personalized dosing, and high-quality compounding to ensure safety and effectiveness. Because of this, they are not eligible for discounts or promotions, including new patient offers or sitewide sales or membership pricing.

At Skin Clique, we prioritize transparent pricing with a flat monthly rate that includes your medication, provider check-ins, and ongoing support—so you receive the best care without hidden fees or fluctuating costs.

How do I cancel?

We’re sorry to see you go!
If you need to Terminate Membership earlier than the initial term, you can do so for a one-time cancellation cost of $250. The cancellation cost does not go toward Beauty Bucks Bank. If there are remaining Beauty Bucks after termination of your Membership, you have the option to use these Beauty Bucks until the balance is $0.00 or the Beauty Bucks have expired in accordance with Section 1.04(f) of the membership agreement. Please send your cancellation request to hello@skinclique.com and our patient care team will assist you.

Payment

What payment options are available for treatments?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay,Google Pay and offer payment plans through Cherry. We do not accept cash. Learn more about financing.

What payment options are available for skincare?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay and Venmo. Check out with ShopPay to pay in installments.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin. We have a $50 cancellation fee if your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to begin, and a $150 no show fee. The cancellation and no show fees apply to all in-home, group/event and training appointments.

Do you take insurance or CareCredit?

We do not accept insurance or CareCredit for treatments or skincare.

Gift Cards

How do I buy a gift card?

You can purchase a gift card here. Please note: gift cards may only be redeemed via a Skin Clique provider and may not be used to purchase skincare online. If you would like a physical copy of your gift card, please forward your purchase receipt to hello@skinclique.com.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Simply present the emailed gift card details, or a physical gift (available upon request) to any Skin Clique provider upon check out. Gift cards may not be used online.

Do gift cards expire?

Standard gift cards expire after 365 days. Promotional gift cards, packages and promotions may have unique terms. Please reference the terms and conditions of any promotion for details.

Does Skin Clique have a referral program?

Yes! We offer $25 towards your next treatment for every friend that you refer. Download our Skin Clique app to access your personal referral code!

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, please email hello@skinclique.com to request an exchange. We will create a return label for you, and once the product is received, we can exchange and process any difference in price.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please email hello@skinclique.com – we will cancel if the order has not already shipped. If it has shipped we can issue a return label via email to return the order.
